Collégien: inspired by current trends with a vintage twist.

For over a century the Guille family has been creating hosiery in a family-run factory found in a small village in the southwest of France. The heritage brand was founded in 1947 when brothers Robert and Alain invented the addition of a soft rubber sole to a sock – the slipper-sock was born!

Today the founder’s great-grandson, Olivier Guille, has restyled the iconic item and made it into a beloved accessory word wide! Using the finest Egyptian cotton, cashmere, silk, and extra-soft lurex fabrics, the brand now offers up a range of slipper-socks, traditional socks, tights, and knitted accessories (in 30+ shades) for men, women, and kids, all made in France.

For the Spring season, Collégien’s slipper-socks with their ergonomic soles and non-slip, breathable soles make the perfect addition to any outfit! The current collection is bold and filled with fun graphics, cool embellishments, and vibrant colours. The ballerina flats in nautical stripes and sparkly lurex are lovely additions a summer wardrobe. And, their ballerina blue jean flats with fun patches (pictured below), with matching styles for mom and kids, are a personal favourite!

An exciting collaboration with nununu, featuring their iconic star print (pictured below), is a welcome addition to Collégien’s seasonal offerings too!
